Training For Warriors or TFW is a hollistic fitness and lifestyle system that is focussed on getting you results.

It built around the needs of the inidivudal and is not your typical one size fits all approach that most gyms utilise for ease.

At TFW we put you first, fit the programme around your capabilities and needs and ensure that youa re supported every step of the way by one of our passionate coaches.

Most of our students started out on an 8-week transformation challenge, because before they joined they didn't feel confident, or empowered or very fit.

What Will My First Class Look Like?

We like to start with personalising your experience. After meeting with a TFW coach, you will start by gaining a baseline of your body composition with our medical grade analyser, and complete some short fitness tests. This is a private session and allows you to align your goals with where you are at physically right now.

If you don't choose to join our of our results based 8-week challenges, your coach will advise you on the best class to join and assign you a buddy for that session so you always know what is happening.

Your safety comes first so until your form is great we won't be expecting any heavy lifting.

What age do I need to be to start training in Martial Arts?

Martial Arts can be enjoyed by people of all ages, from beginners to experienced competitors. We offer a variety of classes and programs to meet the needs of everyone, including children's classes.

Do I need to be in Shape?

No, you do not need to be in good shape to start training in Martial Arts. Our instructors will help you get in shape at your own pace. Martial Arts are a great way to get in shape and learn self-defence at the same time.

What do I need to bring to my first class?

When you come to class just wear sports clothes and we will take care of the rest. We have a drinks dispenser onsite for water, but bring a bottle so you can top up. We'd also recommend bringing your debit or credit card in case you want to sign up immediately.

How Much is a Membership?

Our memberships start at just £2.53 per class! We have 4 membership types charged monthly:

Bronze: One training class each week (£10.84 per class).

Silver: Two training classes each week (£6.57 per class).

Gold: Unlimited training classes each week in martial arts (£3.55 per class).

Platinum: Unlimited training in martial arts AND you get full access to our Training For Warriors holistic fitness programme (£2.53 per class!), with a free nutrition meal plan, free weights room access, free body composition analysis AND you get free online access to our training video library for your martial art.

You'll find there is no contract and you can adjust or cancel your membership at anytime with no exit fees either.

What Should I Wear?

When you attend your 1-2-1 and baseline fitness assessment session wear your gym clothing or sports clothing that makes you feel comfortable.

We also recommend bringing a sweat towel and a water bottle.

Do I need to have some fitness first?

No. As a Warrior you are facing your challenge head on from where you are now. We will coach you to fitness and incredible successes.
